I’m proud to be part of the Self Love Boudoir team, led by award-winning photographer Haylie Keppler. Our sessions take place at our cozy home studio—The Photo Depot, located right in the heart of North Canton on Whipple Avenue. It’s a warm, welcoming space designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and completely yourself.

I’m going to get very real with you for a moment—because with boudoir, I’ve learned that in order to truly serve my clients well, I have to embrace the vulnerability too.
If YOU are going to show up and let your guard down in front of the camera, then I should be willing to do the same. I believe in practicing what I preach. That’s why I get it. I’ve been there. I know the nerves, the excitement, and the transformation that happens when you choose to see yourself through a lens of self-love.
I know how nerve-wracking it can be to step in front of the camera—especially if you’re a mama still learning to embrace your new body, the one that’s carried life and changed in the process. But I also know the power of embracing your beauty and seeing yourself in a whole new light.
My heart behind Lace and Light is to create a space where you feel confident, empowered, and truly radiant in your own skin. Together, we’ll capture your strength, your softness, and everything that makes you you. This isn’t just a photoshoot—it’s an experience of self-love and artistry. I never expected to fall in love with boudoir photography, but the first time I watched a woman see herself the way others see her, something inside me shifted. This isn’t just about pretty pictures. It’s about healing, confidence, and celebrating the way God uniquely created you.
As a photographer, a woman, and a believer, I knew I wanted to create a space where women could feel safe, seen, and deeply valued—where light meets lace, and strength meets softness. When I joined the Self Love Boudoir Team under the talented, award-winning Haylie Keppler, part of our training included a one-on-one session—where I had to step in front of the camera myself. And let me tell you: I was so nervous.
As a mom, I had struggled to see myself as sexy again. Girl my kids wreaked HAVOC on my stomach 😂 My body had changed, and with it, so had my confidence. But that session? It changed everything. I didn’t just see stretch marks or tired eyes—I saw a woman who was still beautiful, still strong, and absolutely sexy.
That experience is exactly what I want to give to other women.

Faith & Boudoir
Having grown up in a conservative environment, I understand that boudoir photography isn’t always embraced by everyone, including some of my own family. I’ve wrestled with this too, and I want to be honest about how I approach it.
Boudoir, to me, is far more than just showcasing your body—it’s about honoring the beautiful woman God created you to be.

There's something sacred and powerful in embracing your sensuality, especially within the context of marriage. The Bible speaks about pleasing your husband, and I believe there is nothing wrong with celebrating that intimate connection. Whether these images are an anniversary gift to hubby or just for you, boudoir is about reclaiming your confidence and embracing your beauty.
I’ve prayed deeply about how to bring boudoir sessions to life in a way that aligns with my faith and values. That’s why during sessions, the music I play is uplifting, positive, and respectful—creating an environment that honors both your confidence and your beliefs. My goal is to provide a space where you can feel empowered, cherished, and true to yourself and your faith.

Ready to feel like a rockstar?! Start by filling out my contact form or sending me a quick message! We'll discuss your goals and vision for your session via phone call or text. I’ll respond with all the details you need and answer any questions you might have (no pressure—just girl talk). If you're feeling a little nervous, that’s totally normal—and I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.

Choose Your Package & Lock It In
Once you’re ready, we’ll pick the package that fits your vibe. After that, a signed contract and 20% non-refundable retainer officially secure your spot! Then the fun begins—I'll send you a prep guide that spills all the secrets on how to get ready, what to bring, how to feel your best, and what to expect. Spoiler alert: you’re going to look AMAZING!

Session Day = Hype Day
This is YOUR time to shine. Whether you chose hair and makeup or you're rocking your natural glow, I’ll be your personal cheerleader from start to finish. We’ll pose, laugh, dance (yes, really), and create some jaw-dropping magic. You’ll walk out of your session feeling confident, beautiful, and more you than ever.

Gallery Delivery aka Your Jaw Drops
Within a 2 weeks, you’ll receive a private, password-protected online proof gallery where you can relive your session and choose your favorite images for me to fully retouch and edit. After you let me know of your favorites list, you will receive your gallery in 3-4 weeks. You’ll see yourself in a whole new light—and honestly? That’s the best part.
FAQ
What should I wear?
After booking, I’ll send you recommendations of various lingerie brands along with a prep guide with suggestions for all body types and comfort levels. Whether it’s lingerie, bodysuits, a cozy sweater, or something sentimental—this is about what makes you feel amazing. I’m also happy to help you style your looks!
What kind of boudoir sessions do you offer?
I specialize in empowering, tasteful boudoir sessions for women ages 18 and up, as well as married couples or women preparing for marriage. I also love working with women simply wanting to reconnect with themselves through a self-love session.
While I have deep respect for all women—regardless of lifestyle or profession—I do not offer sessions intended for platforms like OnlyFans or other sex work-related purposes, as that doesn’t align with my personal values or the heart behind my work.
I pour my energy into creating a space that’s safe, encouraging, and uplifting—and I ask that my images not be shared in contexts that conflict with that vision. I also currently offer women-only or couples sessions—I do not photograph men alone.
Do you Photoshop or retouch my images?
I edit for lighting, color, and minor touch ups (like blemishes or bruises), but I don’t believe in altering your natural shape nor will I do so if asked. You are stunning exactly as you are. There's also a question on the boudoir questionnaire I'll send you after booking that asks about any birth marks, moles, or stretch marks you may have and if you would like them removed or not. If you want to look like an airbrushed queen, girl I gotchu. If your session is about embracing every detail about your natural body, let's rock it babe! I love that.
The most recent boudoir session I did for myself was a way for me to embrace the stretch marks I now have after my body had gone through the miracle of birthing two beautiful babies into this world- so I opted not to have my stretch marks removed. It was a liberating experience to say the least.
I want to keep my images private. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Girl these images are YOURS. Period. Client privacy is incredibly important to me. Your gallery is password-protected, and you choose whether or not I can share your images—nothing is posted without written permission. My website portfolio is also password protected and only given to serious inquiries. And if you don't want them shared in my portfolio either that is MORE than okay.
Do I HAVE to wear lingerie?
Not at all! Some women rock lace and heels, others go barefoot in their favorite oversized tee. This session is about what makes you feel beautiful. You set the tone.
I'm so nervous...and I don't know how to pose. Is that normal?
Girl, YES- and you’re not alone! Almost every woman walks in with a few butterflies, especially if it’s her first time doing something just for herself. But let me remind you of something important: you are BEAUTIFUL. Right now. As you are.
You don’t have to lose 10 pounds before you book a boudoir experience, change your hair, or be anyone other than yourself. I’ll guide you through every pose, cheer you on the whole way, and make sure you leave feeling like the radiant, confident woman you already are. You’ve got this, and I’ve got you. 💗
