A second shooter brings invaluable perspective to your wedding day. While I focus on the main moments—the vows, your expressions, and the ceremony—a second shooter captures additional angles, candid reactions from guests, and details I might miss while moving around. This teamwork means a fuller, richer story of your day, preserving memories from every angle without missing a beat.
Once you decide to book, I require a signed contract and a 20% non-refundable retainer to reserve your date. This retainer DOES go towards your balance. This ensures you’re officially on my calendar and allows me to start planning your photography experience.
First, we’ll schedule a coffee or brunch date—my treat! This gives us a chance to connect face-to-face, go over your questionnaire, and talk through your vision, priorities, and any unique touches you’re planning. This meeting helps me get to know you both better so I can serve you well and tell your story authentically.
After that, I’ll start putting together a rough draft “Day Of” Photography Timeline, which I’ll send your way over the next couple of months. We can tweak and adjust it as needed to make sure everything flows smoothly and nothing gets missed.
During our coffee date, we'll discuss and plan your complimentary engagement session too—it's the perfect way to get comfortable in front of the camera and celebrate your season of engagement.
About three months before your wedding, I’ll check in with you to go over any last-minute details and just see how you’re doing—because I truly care about more than just the photos.
Then… it’s wedding day! I’ll be by your side for the coverage time you’ve selected, capturing all the big moments and quiet in-betweens. Before I leave, I always make sure to say goodbye and give you both a warm sendoff. 💛
I carefully edit each image to ensure your photos reflect the beauty and emotion of your day, which takes time. The full gallery is usually delivered within 9–12 weeks after your wedding. To keep the excitement going, I’ll provide you with a sneak peek of some favorite shots within 2 weeks—so you can start sharing and celebrating right away!
Not at this time. With my home life role as a stay at home mom, it just isn't an option right now. When my babies get older I would love the opportunity!
I don’t currently offer videography services myself, but I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside some incredibly talented videographers who deliver beautiful, high-quality work. I’d be happy to share a few trusted recommendations based on your style and needs!
